Hi potential roomie!

Unfurnished master bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite for rent.

Mainly looking for full time workers (not WFH - 1 or 2 days is ok) and non smokers.

Very quiet, modern, well presented townhouse in Gordon Park.

Every room has an air con unit. Well fitted out with a nice courtyard at the back in a quiet street. I only moved about 300m from where I was previously which says a lot about the area.

I have already informed the agent that I will be finding a flatmate and you will need to apply to the agency and be on the lease. I won't be sub letting.

The rent is $800/week on the lease, however I am happy to pay $450/week as I have the garage space and will use the 2nd bedroom as a home office.

What I'm looking for.
1. Non smoker
2. No drugs, pets, parties or couples
3. A genuinely good human who has a normal day to day routine
4. Someone with an awareness of noise in the mornings and at night and is respectful of people’s privacy.
5. Someone who isn’t having people constantly and is a good communicator
6. Someone who can have an adult conversation if something isn’t working out the way they were hoping and can communicate easily and effectively.

Plenty of parking is available on the street

Costs and the room:
1. Rent is $350/week + bills. Bills include water, internet ($75/month), electricity and gas.
2. Bills will be split 50/50
3. Bond is 2 weeks rent paid to me
4. 4 Weeks notice minimum if you decide to move out.

I really enjoy personal development (Dispenza and Demartini are my go to’s). I meditate daily, love trading and investing, dance Bachata at least 3 times a week, breakfast on weekends, cooking Greek food on occasion etc. I don't watch a lot of TV but don't mind a movie here and there.

I’m (way) passed the partying stage of my life, and I don’t drink or smoke. I also don’t have any pets and can’t accept any pets.
