The bedroom is the only bedroom on the lower floor of the house which will give you plenty of privacy. Your own fully furnished living area bathroom and kitchenette are downstairs also.
You will also have your own private entrance and use of an outdoor area beside the pool.
I only pass through the living area downstairs occasionally to use the shared laundry.
