We are looking for a great new flatmate to move in. Ideally looking for someone professional who is over 35yo. I'm an artist and designer and enjoy the company of other creative individuals. The room available is quite sizeable with very spacious built-in wardrobes.

We'd like to interview flatmates who are interested in moving in for more of a long-term situation. Lease and bond will be negotiable in person. I travel between Sydney and Brisbane and would be here 'some' of the time, but it would mostly be just two people you'd be sharing with. The house has lots of room and breakout areas, so you can enjoy your own space.

The room is fully furnished with a great quality bed/mattress. Great location - close to Portside, Eagle Farm, and the Airport.

Our house is right in the heart of Hamilton, and a short walk to Portside and all public transport - train/bus/citycat. The place is decorated with some of my artwork and other designer pieces. We have a great cafe around the corner plus a short walk to Racecourse Village or Racecourse Rd for all supermarket/deli/cafe needs. Doomben Train station is very close and also buses which are regular on Nudgee Rd. It's truly a wonderful area to live in!
