🏠 The Home: An older apartment located on Kingsford Smith Drive within walking distance of shops and public transport (bus stops less than 2 minutes away and ferry close by). 15 minutes to the city or airport. We are on the second floor (stair access only), some river views, a pool, laundry in apartment, air-conditioned common area and only 6 apartments in the building so very quiet location. New lease has just been signed so a long term stay preferred (lease ends February 2026) with possibility to be added to the official lease after a trial period.
🚗 Parking: There is plenty of space for parking outside the building/off of the main road. Plus a garage that is currently used for storage but can be available for a car if required.
