My housemate is moving out with her boyfriend so I’m looking for someone to take over her room.

I live in a beautiful modern 3 bedroom apartment in a boutique building of 10 apartments. The place will be shared between 2 people and I use the 3rd room as my office. You will have your own room, bathroom, and secure car space. The place is fully furnished except your room, so you just need your own bedroom furniture.

Hawthorne is such a great neighbourhood to live in - close to the city but far enough for quiet living, close to Hawthorne Garage and Bulimba shops, many bus stops close by that take you into the city, 20min walk to Hawthorne ferry, and you get to enjoy walks/runs along the river!
