1 min walking from the 196 and 192 bus and 20min walking from South Bank. Independent Queensland house with front and backyard. Also includes spacious garage and terrace.
The room is big and has a lot of privacy as it is separated from the rest of the rooms, it is downstairs. As this might also be an inconvenience, the rent price is also a bit lower from other rooms.
The lease ends in the 15th of January with the possibility of signing a new lease after this time in case you like the house. However, if you decide to join now you would have to stay until the end of this lease.
