The share house located at Highgate Hill is a 5-bedroom 3-bathroom house including kitchen area, living room with about 65inch TV, Fridge, Dishwasher, induction stoves, Conventional Oven, Laundry machine and Drying machine at downstairs. Additionally, all bills are included in the rent. The bedroom is included with wardrobe, desk, chair, lamp, and all the beddings (you literally can move here immediately without paying anything extra). Lastly, there will be fortnight cleaner to clean the common area of the house, so you don’t need to worry about that! Free parking spot at the street in front of the house. Both Southbank bus station and Train station are only 7 minutes away of walking distance and it is very close to South Bank area and Woolworths too :) The nearest grocery store could be found in either South Bank or West End.

Hi there! My name is Tanat. I’m currently looking for a person to take over my lease since I will be going back to my home country very soon. The contract will be done on the first week of February, 2025 and you can decide after that whether you’d like to extend it or not! The house has 5 bedrooms, we have 3 bathrooms in total (including 1 ensuite bathroom) you are going to get room 4 which is in front of the kitchen area.
