THE SPACE
Our home is a big, beautiful old Queenslander in Highgate Hill. It has lots of communal spaces, space for your furniture and room for you to have an office. We are at Highgate Hill. It includes:

We’re located on a hill across a lovely big park & close to the river. There is plenty of street parking.
2 minute walk to 198 and 192, 15 minute walk to the 199 bus/CityCat, 10 minute walk to 196, and a 10-15 minute cycle into the city.
The house is not wheelchair accessible.

Bills and expenses
MONEY
$224.5 per week (includes rent + all bills + Fortnightly cleaner!)
Bond is $500.
We share most food through contributing $50 per week into a kitty. We accommodate housemates food allergies and preferences. Kitty includes basic ingredients mainly used for bulk buying but we don't shop together. We have house dinners to check in with each other.
