Description of the home
The townhouse is a great deal. There is plenty of parking, the neighborhood is safe, secure and family orientated and is in a leafy area close to the foothills of Mt Coot-tha which is great for mountain bike riding and bush walking.
There are two bathrooms (one is mine), outdoor courtyard, which is good for growing plants and having a BBQ.
The kitchen is large, with plenty of storage space and is perfect for entertaining guests.
The common area has air conditioning, ceiling fan and large sliding glass doors to allow good airflow in summer.
There is a garage that is used as a storage space for bikes, surfboards etc and is where the laundry is located.
There is a large cricket field nearby which also has a basketball court, which is great for physical exercise and nature bathing.
