I have put down the max stay as 6 months but we can have someone stay for up to 9 months (that just wasn't an option for me to select). We just need someone from now until mid June next year (but we are able to accommodate until late July if required).

Bills and expenses
On top of the rent (of $220), you would also have to pay for internet, water, and electricity. This will probably even out to about $270/week (this is an estimate of course, as the internet is a set bill of $62.70/month (for 3 people in the house) for the next 6 months, and then $83.70/month after that. Also, the water and electricity are billed quarterly and obviously aren't set). But it will be at $240/week for at least the next quarter due to the Government's Energy Rebate.

About the occupants
Hi, my name is Finn and I'm 20 years old. I'm looking for a housemate to occupy my twin sister's room while she is studying abroad in Edinburgh. The bedroom would be free from now (October 18th) up until June or July next year. We live in a 3 bedroom place, so my other housemate is a 20 year old, called Georgia. We all went to school together in Cairns (our hometown) so we all know each other pretty well and are all good friends. I am studying a Bachelor of maths at UQ and spend most of my time at the uni either studying, working as a gardener at Emmanuel College (on the campus), or playing cricket for the uni cricket club. Georgia is studying a Bachelor of nursing and midwifery at UQ and therefore spends most of her time at the uni or at her placement at various hospitals throughout Brisbane. So, we keep ourselves busy throughout the days, rising early (don't worry, we're not loud...) and getting home in the late afternoon.
