I'm in a peaceful cul de sac and the house backs onto a nature reserve that has a regular breeding koala family and a lot of beautiful wildlife. It's got a walking/cycling track through it too, next to a creek.
I'm in walking distance to shops and public transport.
The house is fully furnished with some storage available.
Shared bathroom and toilet.
Outdoor clothesline.

Bills and expenses
Electricity and gas will be covered and internet will be split with me (owner) at $39.50/month. Also, a cleaning fee of $50/week is ideal so that questions of cleanliness don't undermine the relationships in the household. This is open to discussion if you're a super tidy person and want to reduce this fee by taking ownership of the weekly clean.

Description of pets
I have 2 x Blue Fronted Amazon parrots. Their names are Michael Parkinson (Parky for short) and Eddie. They talk, sing and can do a few tricks. However, they are wary of new people and also quite big. It would be a "little by little" process of introduction but they're worth the time!
