The property is a beautiful 2 bedroom townhouse with a private courtyard, private garden, and timber floors throughout. Furnished except for the bedroom. I'm not attached to any of the furniture so I'm more than happy if you want to bring some in
It's located within close walking distance to the river and there's a big park at the end of the street with heaps of amenities
The lease is until the end of Feb 2025 so would prefer someone who will stay for that time. I haven't yet decided what I'll be doing after that, but there could be the option for another lease if either or both want to stay

Description of pets
Pati is a sensitive 4 year old rescue cat who's very shy until she gets to know you...and then she'll be demanding plenty of pats. She's such a funny little character and brings a lot of joy into the place
She has had some ongoing issues with UTIs that can be brought on by stress. She doesn't do well with having busy gatherings or frequent visitors at home
