Every room has river views (available mid January). This is a large, modern, quiet, airy, very clean and well appointed furnished apartment on the river (fabulous views) - and it even has an indoor pool and gym, plus ducted air conditioning (although with the cool river breezes not required very much) at Kangaroo Point. Easy access to the CBD, Howard’s Wharf; Southbank and close to main arterial roads and public transport.
There is excellent separation between the living areas. Private bedroom which has a king bed (which can be split into twin beds) plus its own balcony, private bathroom and separate toilet. The apartment also has a separate laundry.
Resident on-street parking available for free or a secure underground carpark available for $275 per calendar month.
