2 story, 5 bedroom home with a large back and front yard.

You will have downstairs area to yourself which consists of 2 rooms, air con and also your own bathroom. Garage will be shared but there is enough space for 2 cars, also a big driveway too.

EXCELLENT owners of the property (I have met them personally) and excellent real estate agent, which from experience can be hard to come by.

I'm super easy going and work from home part of the week and go into the office the other part. I like my own space but also always up for a chat (or wine) if you want.

House located in a really nice street in Kippa Ring. Neighbours are awesome. House is mostly furnished. Will need to bring your own furniture as the 2 rooms you will have will be empty (can discuss a bed if you need one).

I have 2 sausage dogs and a cat. Sounds like a lot but they are all easy going and you won't be expected to look after them. They really are all the best and the dogs love nothing more than a snuggle but will also leave you alone if you're not interested.

Lease is until September 2025 and you'll need to be included on the lease with me.
