Large Queenslander home, timber floors, very large backyard with vegetable garden beds, a well established lime tree, lemongrass, pomegranate, tomatoes, sweet potato, pawpaw, garlic, spring onion, lots of herbs and a garden bed that is prepared for some new crops, this is a really nice and handy feature because it's rare to find this so close to the city and save on food shops. One shared bathroom with bathtub, it's not a huge bathroom but gets the job done, there's another separate toilet downstairs where there is also a large storage space area. Off street parking.
Five minute walk to train station, bus stop, gyms, grocery and food shops. 15 minutes away from the city. If you fancy parks we are 10-15mins walk from Windsor park and oval and Kedron brook walking paths.
The house has everything you need except for bedroom furniture.
We are happy to consider other animals, they must be outside pets and get along with the chicken and dog that live here also.
This is a peaceful home with positive people.

33 years old, I am self employed work with children/am an artist and study . I am into gardening, self development, cooking and enjoy all the beautiful things in life. I am easy going, kind hearted, into natural therapies and clean living.
There is also a younger housemate Liam,
He is a kind young man, works everyday as a electrician apprentice and works of a Saturday for a composting company, he's very respectful of privacy and space. Has his life together and overall really pleasant to be around.
Henrietta the chicken is an ex battery hen rescue, she pretty much just wanders around the backyard pecking everything and enjoying her new found freedom. Titan and Henrietta are very cute and share their dinners together.
