Hello, we are Alice and Peter. Welcome to our cozy and modern home. This is a four bedroom house located in the heart of Mango Hill. Peter and I are staying in the master room and the other three are guest rooms. Currently we have a family member living with us who is very friendly and down to earth. He is in his 30s and professionally employed. We have a seven year-old German shepherd dog whose name is Caesar. Caesar is extremely friendly to all the tenants.
The house is shoe free and very clean. No smoking/drugs/heavy drinking. If you have a car, you can park at the front of the house. We are in a great location only a few minutes walk to Mango Hill East train station, 5 minutes drive to Northlakes shopping centre, 10 minutes drive to Bunnings and Costco, 45 minutes drive to Brisbane CBD and the Sunshine coast.
We are looking for someone who is clean, quite and has stable income. If you do not like a dog, do not apply.
