Description of the home

1 room ready to rent, a communal study room with large multi person desk. Single bathroom is shared as well as the kitchen, outside of property is currently being renovated so the yard is a bit messy for the time being. We have a lovely old dog who is calm and doesnt bark, just mostly sleeps.

Room has a double bed, beside and wardrobe. Can be furnished by us or with your own stuff if you prefer.

Supermarkets and redcliffe waterfront within 5 minutes walk. Property is off the main street so quiet and relaxed. Neighbours are great.

Bills and expenses

Electricity and water can just be split evenly between all people, given that My wife and I are here, we will take 2 parts of that bill.

We currently dont have home WIFI as we just use our phones, but if you would like I am happy to install it, same splitting would apply there.

We pay rates and home ownership bills.

Description of pets
Annie is an Irish wolfhound X, shes small for that breed but makes up for her size with immense amounts of love and stupidity. I've owned her for 13 years and she mostly just sleeps these days. She will love anyone that come remotely near her and is always up for a cuddle.
