Rent is for a bedroom AND a study, so would suit a business person, someone working from home or studying, or someone who needs plenty of storage space.

Quality house in a green leafy area, 20 minutes from the city. Most of the house has been renovated by a professional decorator, and has an open, natural feel. Both rooms are air-conditioned, the bedroom has a built-in robe, and there is a paved area for off-street parking.

Outdoors there is a salt-water pool with a spa function, and a large entertainment area with nice timber furniture. The sub-tropical gardens were also professionally done, and the gardens visible from the living areas are lit up at night. When walking up to the house, you first come to the fishpond and then the stained-glass entry featuring birds.

The spacious family room is air-conditioned, and the lounge room has a built-in combustion heater for cold nights. (The photo of the family room (4th photo) was taken before the 65" smart TV was installed.)

Other features include a very nice bathroom (double vanity, skylight, heat lamps, large shower, mirror has built-in demister), large skylights in the family room, quality near-new carpets, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, robot vacuum and mop, etc.

For the security-conscious, there are security screens, a security system, security lighting, and video doorbell (via app).

Rent includes unlimited internet, regular cleaner and gardeners, and all other bills.

From the house it is 200 meters to the bus stop, a 5 minute walk to the Metro Shopping Centre, or a 5 minute drive to Mount Ommaney Shopping Centre.
