The room is small, but as you can see I've managed to fit in a single bed, a tv and shelf, a bookshelf, and a large sized desk, plus I had carpet space to do my yoga every morning. If you really want a double bed you could fit that in if you left out the desk for example - however you want to lay it out.

This house is probably one of the most well-located spots in Brisbane, and at its low rent, it is great value!
Right parallel to coronation drive and the river, you can catch a quick ferry over to southbank or QUT, or 20 mins in the other direction to UQ. Also 5-10 minute walk from the apartment on coro drive is the busstops, which can take you straight into the city in 2 stops, and of course direct bus routes to a range of spots like UQ (15 min ride).
It's situated on park road, where you have a load of great restaurants and always a night life vibe. From walking distance is also Suncorp stadium, which is incredibly handy on game or concert days.
And if you drive everywhere anyway, this place is great as it has a tandem garage. You are the only roommate with a car, so you are guaranteed a park and there is also space for some extra storage.
The roommate you will be with is really lovely and kind. And she comes with an adorable cat!
There is also a fairly good sized living room, and a little balcony as well. The kitchen has enough space for two people to cook and has everything you need (oven, space for appliances, lots of cupboards, etc).
I'm also happy to leave my single bed and mattress if you need it.

The roommate who you will be living with is an incredibly kind girl with the cutest cat, Pod.
She is currently studying, and in her spare time she enjoys playing games, bird watching, going for hikes or going to live music gigs.
She is very respectful of your privacy and free time, but she's also always down to chat and socialise. She is very friendly and so is Pod :)
