Your area has your own three bedrooms and living area and bathroom with bath and separate toilet. Suitable for couple or single person who needs extra space. The area can be locked off from rest of house. The kitchen is shared with my husband and I. We have three very gentle tiny Italian Greyhounds who don’t run around the house. We are looking for a very clean, respectful person or couple who don’t smoke. Bills included within reasonable usage.

Kitchen and laundry is shared with myself and John. 3 friendly, all behaved, tiny (4kg) Italian Greyhounds live here (they don't run around the house). 7 min walk to City/Southbank bus, Coles, gym, shops, school. Very quiet street in a peaceful beautiful neighbourhood.
