Description of the home
The townhouse complex is gated with plenty of parking. It also has a pool.
Kitchen has recently been renovated and has everything you’d need like dishwasher, oven and stove.
Downstairs is quite spacious. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, including one I’m turning into a gym.
You can have either of the two upstairs bedrooms, and the main bathroom with bath tub as well.
When I’m not working I’m either relaxing watching a movie or doing something active. I enjoy cycling, working out, reading and baking in my spare time.

Bills and expenses
Split internet, water and electricity. I am getting solar installed sometime in the next month so I’m hoping we won’t have an electricity bill/very small one.
I’m also getting aircons installed in all 3 bedrooms late January.

I do have two cats that I share with my parents, so they’ll be here often but open to someone with pets as long as they all get along (cats grew up with two border collies so they don’t mind dogs).
When I’m not working in the city I’m at home relaxing or working out. The third bedroom I’m planning on turning into a gym which you’re welcome to use.
I’m looking for someone who enjoys a peaceful environment and values their own space but is happy to chat or watch a movie. Bonus points if you’re into sports or an active lifestyle! This would suit a working professional or mature student.
The complex is gated and there’s plenty of parking, and I’m very close to the local shops, so most things are in walking distance.
