Hi,

I am looking to rent two spare rooms in the house where I am currently living. I previously had a friend renting one of the rooms, but he has recently moved out.

Both rooms are fully furnished and will share a bathroom.

- 2-minute drive to 2 major shopping centres - Cannon Hill and Morningside
- 10-minute drive to the CBD
- Nearby to lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, takeaways, gyms etc.

The house is two stories with the kitchen and living room area downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen is fitted with all appliances and there is also a washing machine and air conditioning downstairs.

The property is within a small, secure complex with a pool and a communal lawn/barbecue area.
