Myself (F/30) and my housemate (M/34) are looking for someone to move into our large spare bedroom, with a built in wardrobe and ceiling fan. Our rent is $250 p/w p/p + splitting bills 3 ways. I have 2 adorable small dogs (one with a bit of a attitude problem, but we are working on it. He's just so sassy).

We live in a large house in Mount Gravatt, 5 mins from Garden city and 15/20mins from the city (without traffic). It will be a shared bathroom with 1 other person, either myself or my housemate depending on what you feel most comfortable with. Parking is negotiable with street or driveway options. The house has plenty of room so you won't feel cramped and you will have your own space.

We are open to people aged between 25 to 37, preferably just no couples at this stage. We are a very inclusive, open minded household and a safe space so will not descriminate based of gender/sexual preferences/race/religion exc. and if you fall outside of our age preference still happy to meet up and see if we vibe.

About the occupants
We both work full time Mon to Fri in the city/valley (I also work some weekends). I WFH atleast 2/3 days a week. We are both avid readers, boardgame and D&D nerds. We are long time friends of over 10 years and not a couple. My housemate is a gamer whereas I'm more of the cozy gamer type. I enjoy painting, dancing (ballroom & latin) and often spend my weekends at wineries, brunches, op shopping, reading, and picnicing, so if you also enjoy those things, we will probably get along. Our house is usually full of music. Our music taste is eclectic to say the least. We enjoy sharing a bottle of wine and enduldging in taco night s with friends. We are both easy going, don't take life too seriously and hoping that the person that comes in can appreciate good banter.

Description of pets
Obi is 8. He is a sassy little sir, who is a Maltese X with a limpy leg. He is a good boy but can be a bit of a grump but loves a cuddle. Jak is 6 and has strong little sister eneregy. She is a shit pug (shih tzu x pug). She doesn't know how to cuddle because her body is tube shaped but will often put her head on your lap or climped to the top of the lounge and rest her head on your shoulder.
