I’m sadly moving out of this wonderful sharehouse, where I’ve had a fantastic comfortable stay.
The Sharehouse:

🟢The room is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a wide wardrobe, a desk, a chair, a table lamp, and a bedside table.
🟢The house is well-maintained by a fantastic and diligent landlord, and was recently renovated, making it tidy and modern.
🟢The rest of the house is fully furnished—just bring your belongings for a hassle-free move-in.
🟢Shared bathroom with an additional separate toilet.
🟢The room is east-facing, offering great natural light, and has brick thermal insulation—warm in winter, cool in summer.
Location:
🟢Only 2 minutes from Mount Gravatt Plaza (with supermarkets, restaurants, and more) and 10 minutes from Westfield Garden City.
🟢Multiple bus stops are nearby for easy commuting.
The Housemates:
🟢You'll be living with 3 friendly, clean, and quite housemates (1female 2males from New Zealand, Columbia, Vietnam). We mostly keep to ourselves ,but enjoy a chat in the kitchen from time to time.
