A private room for rent in a well-maintained 4-bedroom house. There are 3 rooms to choose from one has air conditioning and all rooms have ceiling fans. The room can be furnished with a bed, one has the wardrobe that has been converted to a desk space but can be converted back to a wardrobe space, this room has a chest of drawers and a bedside table and the other rooms have a built in wardrobe and a bedside table, or the rooms can be empty for your own furniture. You'll have access to a shared kitchen, laundry, and large backyard with a BBQ area and pool. I will have my own living room leaving the main living room with tv for you to use. Open plan living area with dining space and table. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, just a few minutes drive to the local small shopping centre. Rent includes Wi-Fi. Archie is the resident dog that lives here. No other pets.
