Description of the home

Location:
The home is in such an ideal location. 10 mins walk from coles, the gym, and really good public transport options.

House equipment:
We furnished the house ourselves so all rooms are furnished. We’ve bought a fridge, air fryer, microwave, kettle, and toaster so the house in well equipped.

Aircon:
All rooms have a portable aircon units that we’ve bought or a ceiling fan.

- seperate bathroom with shower/bath and sink

Room wil be available from feb 22nd until end of April.

Please read following:

1. Rent is 233 not including bills
2. Bills split equally - gas is $50 a week and water is measured and charged separately (I can't give a value for this as we haven't yet received the invoice).
3. Wifi up until March 13th (this can be renewed if you would want it but no other house mates use it so decided to terminate it).
4. House is well equipped, there's a portable aircon unit in the spare room which you will be able to use.
5. Room is furnished with bed, wardrobe, seating, bedside cabinet, clothing rack.

In terms of housemates:
1. I work full time 7:30-4:30 5 days a week and am very much busy after work so don't spend much time in the house. In my spare time, I enjoy keeping fit and going for a few drinks. Often say exploring on the weekend. I move out of the house on the 4th April hence my room becoming available.
2. a new Irish girl (23 years old) will be moving in and staying until the end of the lease (24th April)

Condition
*** We furnished the house ourselves when we moved in. As I'm moving before the end of the lease, I'll have to leave the house furnished to make it liveable for the remaining people in it. This does mean however that you will have to dispose of this furnishings at the end of the lease. This would probably require taking the stuff out the house and putting it on the lawn outside the house and then booking a slot with the council to take it. Alternatively, you could try and sell what's sellable.
2. We're renting through a rental agency so a bond of $933 plus 2 weeks of rent is required to be sent to the rental agency in advance. I can provide more details on this.

Hey hey!! I’m Jess, I’m 20 years old from the UK. I’m in Brisbane for a period of 6 months doing a uni placement. My brother, Will, aged 18 is staying with me until February on his gap year, moving out on the 22nd of March. I’m currently working a 9-5 in an engineering firm, and Kian is looking for a job. During the week, we like to keep fit and generally chill, and then on the weekends, we love to travel, hike, camp, go to beaches, and go for food, drinks, and nights out.
