Hey there 😊 I’m Zoe and I am looking for a housemate that is mature, clean and hopefully loves a laugh! You will be sharing this three bedroom townhouse with myself and my 8 year old dog. I work in office Monday to Friday.
You will have the bedroom, main bathroom and second lounge ALL TO YOURSELF😊 as well as use of the other bedroom/ office (I just store some clothes in there).
Fully furnished Townhouse (Except bedroom), 3 toilet, 2 bath.
Just 250 meters from Newmarket Village shopping centre. Everything you need is within walking distance including buses. - 3.5km from the CBD.

The house is light and airy with a private garden. Fully furnished 2 lounge, three bedroom townhouse with 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 3 bedrooms and a balcony and outdoor area in an amazing location!

My dog Ollie is a legend. He is a 8 year old Boxer, loves attention and is very quiet and friendly. Very well trained and behaved. He now spends most of his day sleeping. He rarely barks- only barks when he is being a good guard dog however is easily coerced in exchange for attention 🤦‍♀️🐶
