There is a couple of options available in way of furniture as my current housemate is selling his bedroom furniture, however the rest of the apartment is fully furnished - with exception to a couple of things.

Located in central Newstead, close to the Gasworks precinct with supermarkets, cafes & gyms, everything is within walking distance with the riverwalk just a stones throw away.

Within a secure complex, the building features a large outdoor pool, beautiful tropical gardens, a sauna and two BBQ areas including a large grassed area and fire pit. My apartment is located on the 5th floor with city/street views & large floor to ceiling opening sliding doors along the lounge room, bedrooms and balcony. The apartment has a large galley kitchen perfect for cook up's with both bedrooms and bathrooms located at separate ends of the apartment. I currently have a Stan & Netflix subscription as well which you are welcome to use.

Apartment features air conditioning throughout which can be isolated per room, however is rarely needed with the temperature inside the apartment being comfortable. Electricity / Water / gas bills are monthly with electricity costing less than $100p/m combined, unlimited internet is also embedded in the building which is an additional $10 per week.

On street parking is available at no extra cost. Total rent is currently $750, with me paying $400 due to having the underground carpark.
