Very spacious 3 bedroom, 2 level townhouse, situated in a secure complex across the road from a nice leafy park.
Located within one kilometre of Norman Park train station, bus stops. The available room is unfurnished.
Spacious and with lots of natural light, it easily accommodates a queen-size bed and other furniture. The main window in the bedroom has a view of the garden.
There are two bathrooms available, one upstairs and one down. The upstairs bathroom has a large spa bath and is shared with the other housemate. The downstairs bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity.
The townhouse comes with its own private outdoor backyard/garden area and BBQ facilities.
The house also has ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The communal areas are almost fully furnished.
The main item you will need is a fridge. Netflix and internet are available (not included in the rent). Costs for that would work out to be about an additional $55 a month.
House rules are normal shared chores and responsibilities including watering the garden, communal area cleaning and taking bins in and out.
Looking for someone who has their own life and is independent and respectful, like-minded flatmate who doesn’t mind socialising but also appreciates alone time. An occasional shared meal, or a wine and catch up.
This is not a party house. It’s a quiet and peaceful environment.
