The bedroom is unfurnished with ceiling fan, ducted air conditioning and built-in robe. It’s at the front of the house overlooking the garden with tinted windows for privacy. It is full of beautiful natural light and has black out blinds.

The house is otherwise fully furnished, ducted air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, beautiful covered outdoor area with gas and charcoal BBQ facilities and salt water pool. I love to cook so the kitchen is well equipped with pretty much every gadget you can think of.

It's close to the bus and within walking distance to Drakes supermarket. There is uncovered street parking available. The house is on a corner block on a quiet street.
