Description of the home

It is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse with laundry, court yard, and single car garage. You will be renting one of the bedrooms and sharing the bathroom, I will be in the main master.

We currently pay $470.00 a fortnight bills and cleaner included. But rent is $200 a week, plus electricity, water, internet.

The townhouse is 400 metres from Nudgee Train Station, 700 metres from the bus stop, 1.7kms from Woolworths, 22 minute drive from the city.

I am 23 years old, from Thailand. I work from home for a call centre company. I’m adaptable to any personality type, I’m friendly, respectful and considerate of others.

As my roommate is moving out, I am seeking a housemate to take over the room in the house and take over the lease. It is $600 a week total, your share will be $200 a week plus bills, bond and 2 weeks advance required to move in. We are renting through a real estate.

2 weeks advance is $400
Total to move in is $1200

- Rent, electricity, internet, water and cleaner is $470

- If you choose to pay weekly it will be $235 or $470 fortnightly

Must be female, LGBTQIA+ friendly, move in date 28th of January 2024 (can move in on the 27th if preferred).

The fridge, washer, dryer and couch are my roommates, if you do have any furniture or appliances, welcome to bring them with you.
