Description of the home

Great Location 10 min walk to Nudgee train station, 5 min drive to Woolies Perfect are if you need to be in the city or up the coast as the M1 highway is down the road. There is myself James and Blake who live there at the moment, we are chilled guys who like to be social around the house- playing video games or just having a beer around the fire. We both work full time hours so we are quite Independent but we enjoy the occasional gyg run.
Main things we are looking for is- clean up after yourself, we all try and be respectful to each other and the house. We do like to have a bit of fun but ultimately we just need to be mindful of each other.
I would like to think we are pretty chill guys and we understand shit happens and thats life
