I’m looking for people to share my townhouse, in Nudgee.
What’s available:
A queen-sized room, your own bathroom and toilet and an undercover garage. The place is relaxed, clean, and easy to live in. If you’re after a comfy home with good vibes, shoot me a message!
The available queen size room is unfurnished, has reverse cycle aircon, a fan, and has the main bathroom and comes with an undercover carport. Pets welcome.
There is a small 3rd bedroom which is used as a share office.
Single female - rent is $360 per week, not including bills.
OR couple - rent is $500 per week, not including bills.
The townhouse is in a quiet neighborhood with a pool and BBQ area.
1.5 blocks to train station, 2 km to Woolworth, doctors, cafes, chemist.
