The house is a free standing unit with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Owner and 1 house mate with 1 dachshund dog currently occupied the house. It offers car space on driveway. There is 1 bedroom on offer. The room has a Queen on offer with built in wardrobe with a shared bathroom. The rest of the house is fully furnished with air con down stairs. Fully fancied house with entertainment/ court yard out the back.

The house is situated in Ipswich One mile area. Close to public bus transport and train station a short 5min drive away. Coles, Woolworth, IGA and riverlink close by for all shopping needs. Close to UniSQ FOR students studying.

The rent covers your room and all bills. Included is WiFi, water, power and gas hot water. Food and toiletries are not included. The house would suit anyone non smoking with no pets. Open to LGBTQ people safe a friendly home.

Cleaning of house and lawn mowing will be shared weekly. The house has no storage room for big furniture items but your room furniture is ok. Message me if you would like to know any more information.
