Hi there, I have a room to rent in a lovely raised Queenslander in the heart of the Paddington / Rosalie area. The house has a beautiful open plan living area, with timber floors throughout. A balcony that looks out over a big back yard, (big enough for the doggo's Hannah and Penny to run around in). The kitchen is very functional with a gas cooktop and dishwasher. This is a fantastic location with everything you could possibly want within walking distance. Milton train station is 1km away and the bus route on Latrobe tce. is only 600m away.

I built a beautiful big garden bed when I moved in six years ago, so if you have a green thumb and want to try your hand at growing your own food we have the means. Under the house has a decent amount of storage space, that is where I spend a lot of my time tinkering away in the workshop.

The room that we have available measures 3.4 x 3.2 meters has a built-in wardrobe. The bed and shelving in the pictures are available for you to use and there are a couple of bedside tables as well if you would like. Otherwise if you have your own bedroom furniture we can store what is in the room. Rent is $350pw includes all bills, electricity, gas, internet.

The rest of the house is fully furnished and the kitchen has all the equipment you could want.

Bond is $1200 and rent is paid at the beginning of the rent week.

A bit about myself, My name is Jarrah, I am 39, I have a furry four-legged friend named Hannah (she likes to make sure everything is in place and will make sure you don't forget to give her pats.) I am a qualified sparky, but have put my trade on the backburner to follow my heart and study the art of Acupuncture.

I don't have many major requests, the basics really. All I ask is you keep it tidy, and clean, respect each other's differences, and if there are any issues just sit down over a cuppa and have an quiet chat about what your needs are. If you have any prejudices this is not a place for you. This is LGBTQ friendly home.
