We have a spacious unfurnished room with own balcony available in our lovely two storey, three bedroom/ two bathroom house in Paddington. Paddington is a really nice neighbourhood with lots of palms trees; cafes and vintage stores and only 3km from the CBD. Rent is $300 per week which includes most bills and the move in date is the weekend of 16-17 March.

Bills and expenses

Rent and bills are $300 per week which includes internet and groceries (cleaning products, toilet paper etc). Sometimes we need to chip in a little extra for electricity each quarter but usually it’s covered

A bit about the boys -
- Matt is a 31 year old electrician, he's down to earth and high energy with a heart of gold. He’s keen to join a local social footy or AFL team so any recommendations for good social clubs are appreciated!
- Ben is 29 and works in logistics. He works long hours and usually keeps to himself in his room with video games or out hiking in nature but he's always down for a good chat or a D&M on philosophy, health, wellness or business chats
Compatible people
The boys are looking for someone who is a chill and down to earth professional who is clean, tidy and respectful. Someone who's keen for a beer down at the pub together or watching a good Netflix movie in the lounge, but who also has their own life. FYI this is not a party house. Ideally you are late 20s- 30s and in full time employment.

Important to Note: The lease expires in July but there is the option to extend. Also the property manager is awesome and really responsive.
I've really loved living here, the boys are lovely and it's my favourite suburb in Brisbane, only leaving as I've bought an apartment that I'm moving in to.
