Description of the home
The house is 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a study and an open plan living room/kitchen. LOCATED IN PARK RIDGE APPROX 40km DRIVE TO THE CITY
The house has all the necessaries - ducted air con, ceiling fans, appliances, furniture. This includes every gadget you could imagine in the kitchen!
You would share a bathroom with another housemate. You have your own room that can come with a queen bed or furnished yourself.
There is parking on the road directly in front of the house. We live in a one-way street so we get next to no traffic, and the shops are 3 minutes down the road along with a bus stop. Also some fun playgrounds in the estate, perfect for those occasional Saturday night adventures.
I am looking for anyone who works mostly full time and is a super clean person willing to pitch in with regular chores and keeping your space tidy. Prefer singles only. You are welcome to have people around, however do prefer if it is not on an every night basis. I’d prefer if you didn’t have an animal, but will consider on a case by case basis (only because I have a cat and a limited yard).
Room is available and preferably a minimum stay of three months depending on how well we all get along.

Bills and expenses
As for pricing, the room is $250, plus additional expenses, but unlimited wifi, Netflix and whatever other streaming services we have at the time are complimentary. So far, additional expenses are looking a like $80 a month each for electricity and water (as I am rather water and energy conscious!) but cannot guarantee with the rising costs of everything. The bond will be two weeks rent which will be returned should everything be in order when you leave.

The other housemate is a 30 year old full time female nurse who works shift hours, and owns a cute bird.
We love a good night playing Mario kart and drinking wine, but also love curling in bed with a good book. Both respect and appreciate alone time, but also a good friendly banter when the mood strikes!
