I have a private room available for rent, complete with a large private bathroom with a tub and private toilet, all tucked away at the front of the house, completely separate to my area. The atmosphere in the house is calm and relaxed, making it an ideal space for someone who values peace and quiet. You will have access to one shared space, the kitchen, where we maintain a clean and tidy environment. The lounge is not shared. There is also street parking available, and while I have two cats, I cannot accommodate additional pets. The location is convenient, with shops like Woolworths, a chemist, and Domino's within walking distance, as well as a nearby park. Looking for someone reliable, working full time and cleanliness.
