Each room has its own bathroom. 3 in total! I use the spare room down stairs as my office - I am happy to share this space for anyone who needs a working space, we can fit another small desk in the room.

Kitchen is a little small but as it's an open plan home, so 2 people can make it work..

Lounge opens to the outdoor setting and is a cute little spot for a couple drinks & nibbles.

Garage is big but full with gym equipment, so parking will need to be in visitor space.

Upstairs is 2 main rooms - both with bathrooms - spare room only has a ceiling fan which will not suffice in summer, so please bring a portable aircon. Walk-in robes in both rooms so you should only need some drawers.. :-)

The place is fully furnished so if you have household items, we can try to make room or can store some in the garage if possible.

Hello! Looking for a housemate to take the 2nd bedroom in my townhouse rental. Bonus, you have your own bathroom & walk-in robe! :-) But would recommend investing in a portable aircon.

I work from home full time and share the home with my little fluff ball toy poodle. She doesn't like other pets, but will tolerate another furry guest if I say so ;-)

I love this townhouse and would love to stay for as long as possible so I take a lot of care in keeping this place inspection ready. I would love a like minded person to move in.

Outside is ideal for light entertaining, which I do every few months - I am not a big partyer or regular drinker - past that stage in my life.

I also have a gym in the garage, which is free for use also.

I am a big home body and will spend my day in the office working/ in the lounge working, then in my bedroom working & studying. Sad I know.. I don't mind noise but will keep to myself generally.

Pxe is a 10 year old toy poodle and is usually happiest on my lap or patrolling the yard. She will warm to people very quickly and everyone falls in love with her. She does not shed or smell or take up much space..
