About the occupants
I am a white collar worker (two jobs) and WFH most days of the week with client travel as required. I am 36 yo single father with 50% custody. That being said, its a low drama environment my son and I are both amiverted (introverts with bouts of extraversion). I have set up one room as a WFH study area for myself. I enjoy socialising and going out/exploring but dont have much of a social life in the area and would love to have a boarder with similar interests from a social aspect.
