FIRST WEEK'S RENT PAID IF YOU MOVE IN BY MID DECEMBER!
This is a 4-bedroom house where you would have access to two of the bedrooms. Situated in a nice, quiet street and only 5 minutes walk to the local Mountview Shopping Complex (Woolworths, BWS, gym and local eateries) and ten minutes drive to Springfield and Orion Shopping Centre. There is a one car garage space but also street parking and a small yard out the back with a lovely sunrise/sunset view. You would have the main bathroom all to yourself!
Alternatively, the rooms can be taken by two separate people (rent divided between those individuals) and you would just share the main bathroom.
