Description of the home

The layout of this home is just perfect for sharing.

My bedroom has an ensuite... so I do not use the bathroom, shower, or toilet in the pictures.

The home is a beautiful, clean, modern, single story house… which is completely furnished throughout.
So you do not ‘need’ anything at all to move in, as anything and everything you would expect in any room of a fully furnished house is there.
You do not even ‘need’ bed sheets, towels, or pillows.
The beds are high quality, so you get a great nights sleep every night.

The rooms also have large ‘floor to ceiling’ built in wardrobes.

There are 2 seperate lounge rooms to share, the outdoor area, and there is also a 4th spare room to share.
(This spare room can be a made into a spare bedroom to share, a home office, another sitting room, or we could move the home gym into this room vs the 2nd lounge room currently)

There are also 2 large fridge/freezers to share.
High speed internet.
Foxtel, Netflix, Disney, Stan.
(All free/included)

The second lounge room currently converts into a home gym in seconds… This gym can stay or go.
(If you like the idea of a home gym… there is a Mini Stepper, Mini Trampoline, Bench, Rack, Water Rower, Plenty of free weights, bits and pieces, with an air conditioning unit in this room also)

There is a peaceful, and calming little ‘tropical feel’ backyard for your morning tea or coffee… and unwinding in the afternoons and evenings.

Parkland and tall gumtree street frontage, with excellent walking tracks and paths all around the area… there are even kangaroo’s around in the late evenings.

It is a very beautiful, peaceful, and quite area… in a really lovely neighbourhood.

Cafes, restaurants, IGA, Woolworths, Parks, Hotel, The Bay… all within walking distance… or less than 5 minutes drive.

There is just myself, and my two beautiful French Bulldogs… Maddie and Lilly.
(Small in size, super cuddly, extremely friendly, and very well trained)
You will fall in love with these 2 precious souls.
They have NO access to 3 out of the 4 bedrooms in the home, 1 of the lounge rooms, the toilet, the shower, the bathroom and the laundry… they do have access to the 2nd main lounge room, my bedroom room, and the backyard… which are all at the back of the home.

A little about me:
I am a happy, positive person… I love animals, and I enjoy walking, nature, and good conversations.
I own my own small business.
I am easy going, and get along well with people of all age groups.
