Bus stops along the main road, easy 10 mins away from Browns Plains/Park Ridge shopping center, close to highways and somewhat close to the Loganlea train station.

Bills and expenses
We have solar, so electricity isn't super crazy, induction oven and stovetop.
Gas heating for water, $90 annual for gas bottle ownage, and regular use is hard to estimate once everyone is in the house.
Internet currently is $80 a month. Plans for it to go up in the next 5 months or so.
Rates are the most expensive, $1000 roughly each quarter (only to go up due to water usage). (~$300 split once everyone is moved in)
We split everything equally.
