I work full time, gym and play touch football so I’m usually only home of an evening.
I’m a good mix between social and quiet on weekends especially. I do like to get out and see friends but I also don’t mind quiet nights in.

Beautiful little 3 bedroom townhouse that has a pool and small back yard.
There is a gyg, cold rock, cafe, bakery, grocer and several service stations within 5 mins walking distance. With McDonald’s, Zarraffa’s, Aldi and Woolworths the next block over. There is also a train station nearby.
You would have the option of a furnished or not furnished room. You would also get your own bathroom that has both a bath and shower.
Loungeroom downstairs with tv, another upstairs with just the couch.
Bills would be split equally which are utilities and internet.
