This room package does NOT come with a private car space, but there is a lot of street parking available. Downstairs communal area with tv and couch already provided. Beautiful kitchen with fridge, microwave and Dishwasher already installed. Washer and dryer already installed and available for use.
Small and private outdoor patio area.
Internet is unlimited, which I would like to split evenly between the 3 roommates.
