Description of the home
Clean and tidy home. Ceiling fans, New Kitchen, You will be living with only one other person (female), so plenty of privacy. Home is fully furnished, your bedroom can be furnished (my preferred option) or if you prefer I can remove the bed and side drawers, 3rd bedroom is set up as a sitting room so can be your place to chill. Looking for someone who is past the home party stage and must be working. It is expected that house chores will be shared. We can each do our own cooking. All bills except food are included. Note this is a non smoking house.
