Description of the home
We’re looking for someone to join us in a share house located in Samford Village 4520. It’s a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom place. My partner and I currently occupy one room and another is occupied by another female tenant. We have one room available, move in date as early as late November, early December tbc.

$300/w for room
The house just been renovated and feels very bright and comfortable. We like to keep it clean and tidy and open for everyone to feel welcome in the shared spaces.
Samford valley is a lovely area, accessible by bus and surrounded by mountains with lovely hikes and views. The village itself has all the essentials to offer, grocery store, bottlo, post office, doctors, lots of gyms and of course cafes.
