so some deets:

we have this one, its a lil bigger so we'll pay an extra $25 a week

- we have everything essential already for the kitchen and lounge room
- we have the place until April (hey that's me!) next year, not too sure if it's getting renewed or not but we'll see!

I'm April (she/they), I am studying my Masters in Data Analytics at QUT, I intern as a data analyst at places and work on research stuff, I read a ridiculous amount of books, love House M.D, Jazz, love to cook (I used to be a chef) and I also make music
My fiance Vincent (he/him) is a massive nerd, loves the Magnus Archives, loves metal/pop punk, and works at a manufacturing job
some rules/expectations I guess?
- no indoor smoking, vaping is all good, we have a lovely balcony if you'd like to chill with a ciggy there
- no drugs, 🥦 is kiiiinda ok as long as you vape it so it doesn't smell like shite
- we are pretty quiet people so yeah just don't be noisy af
- we have 2 cats, you can bring yours as long as they're chill around other cats
- we can maybe work around having a dog, preferably if it's an outside doggy just because our kitten has very bad anxiety (I am not kidding she is tiny and scared of everything rn)
- this is the big one, you will be living with me, April 🏳️⚧️ and my fiance Vincent 🏳️⚧️. we will not tolerate any transphobia, homophobia, ect, you get it. so if you're queer, he'll yeah! if you're not, you are still more than welcome! but please don't message if you are at all iffy about this community because we just wanna maintain a chill house for everyone
