Hi I have a spare room in my place at Shailer Park, living with myself & my other housemate Kerin. The place has off street parking, is close to the Hyperdome & buses. Also a nice garden in a quiet street. The bathroom, kitchen, lounge and laundry are all shared. I work full time Monday to Friday, and I would prefer you are working too. Am happy to be social but I generally lead a very quiet life with my cat Chaplin.
The house has room for storage if needed. About the only things you would need are your bedroom stuff as I have most other furniture & household items, though I have a set of bunks if you don’t have a bed. Rent is $300 a week including internet & bills
