Choice of 2 rooms. Small to medium bedroom (no air con - but getting one in before summer). Can fit double bed or single bed with room. Has new queen bed at the moment in it. 2 side tables and a small cube cabinet at the end of the bed....but not much more room for hanging space. But can use the shared smaller room that stores sheets, towels etc can hang some clothes in there OR you can use the smaller bedroom, A/c, wardrobe with large cube and hanging space. lovely 5 bedroom home has been divided in 2. You will be sharing upstairs with a quiet, friendly, employed 27yo male, does not have mates around, does not party or very rarely even has a couple of drinks. No drugs. Does not smoke inside ever (is giving up). Watches movies mostly in his room, at work or he is out on his motorbike.
A family home (all members are family) downstairs is 2 friendly respectful adults and 1 x 11 yo noisy boy boy :) so in school holidays would not suit a shift worker.... Room is upstairs in the 3 bedroom section, kitchen etc, no internal stairs to downstairs, everything already there. Plenty of parking in the yard. There will be a home gym in our new shed when built. Share with 1 x 27yo employed quiet single male. Other bedroom is spare bedroom storing towels, sheets etc or for his grandparents (my parents), if they chose to stay for a couple of days, or they will stay downstairs with us. Downstairs are the home owners husband, wife and 11yo child. Non smoking house. No loud parties. Family home. Must be respectful. We are noisy, not offensive noisy, but we do have a child that makes noise plus we have neighbours with young loud boys as well. Also we all ride motorbikes that are LOUD so does most people in our street. Lovely friendly safe street, we are at the end of a culdersac.. We make usual noisy family noises most times. We have 2 small dogs that are idiots hahaha (frenchie and a boston , 2 desexed males) a pet rat and up the back yard, 4 chickens. Must love animals, be tidy, friendly, respectful, easy going, non smoker preferred, no foul language please and must be employed full time.
